RAWCS Team off to Nepal


RAWCS Volunteers leave for Nepal on 18th September to help complete the Bal Mandir Project in Kathmandu.  3 members from the Moruya Club - Rohan Gleeson, Barry Apps and Pauline Gleeson, along with Charmaine White from Narooma Rotary, Christine Spain & Shellee Williams from Batemans Bay and Steven Irrgang from Sydney will also be travelling to the rural village of Kuntabesi 3 hours east of the capital to help with the Matching Grant project at the local school.  The Rotary Clubs of Moruya and Dillibazaar - Kathmandu were successful in the Grant application in May which will provide direct access to water, new toilet, classroom  and teach resources to over 300 children.
